SHADOW GRID - Organization Rules & Conduct

General Conduct
- Respect all members regardless of rank.
- No unnecessary drama inside or outside the organization.
- Orders from higher ranks are to be followed during operations.
- Represent Shadow Grid professionally at all times.
- Toxic behavior, harassment, or excessive disrespect toward members will not be tolerated.
Roleplay Standards
- Stay in character during RP situations.
- No metagaming.
- No powergaming.
- No random killing (RDM).
- No random vehicle deathmatching (VDM).
- Keep roleplay realistic and believable.
Secrecy & Loyalty
- Shadow Grid information stays inside Shadow Grid.
- Do not leak plans, member names, locations, or operations.
- Betrayal or organization leaks may result in removal or in-character consequences.
- Do not reveal organization structures to outsiders.
Operations
- Listen to operation leaders during missions.
- Do not engage targets without approval unless acting in self-defense.
- Avoid reckless actions that endanger the whole group.
- Always communicate important information during operations.
Recruitment
- Members may not recruit without permission.
- New recruits are placed under observation/training.
- Recruitment should focus on loyalty, maturity, and RP quality.
Communication
- Keep communications clear and professional.
- Avoid radio clutter during active situations.
- Report problems internally before creating public issues.
Activity Expectations
- Members should remain reasonably active.
- Extended inactivity should be reported to leadership when possible.
- Repeated unexplained inactivity may lead to rank review.
Disciplinary Actions
- Violations may result in:
- Verbal warning
- Written warning
- Suspension
- Demotion
- Removal from Shadow Grid
