As an owner of an Organization within KSRP you have much more responsibility, and are held to a higher standard than regular org members. Mostly anything regarding your organization can be put on you. Below are some of the main responsibilities you hold.
→ Maintain at least 10 members for Factions and 6 for Business’
→ Maintain activity within your organization
→ Maintain high quality roleplay within your organization and its members

→ Transfer ownership of the discord to the current Org Team Director
→ Create an Organization Team role, this can have whatever perms you would like, and be placed wherever in the role hierarchy. Must have access to view activity logs.
→ Create a role called KSRP Executive Staff. This role should be the highest role in the discord, have all permissions, and not display separately
→ Create a role for yourself, the owner of the org.
(Note: You may not be an Executive in more than 1 Organization at a time)
If you ever want your owner role changed in any way, contact the Org Team Assistant Director. *Failure to maintain these responsibilities can result in punishment to your organization up to shutdown*
Faction Vs Faction Rules:
Faction Conflicts:
Faction conflicts are one-off situations that have become heated between different Factions resulting in fighting between the respected parties. These conflicts may be fights in public, drivebys, shootouts, or potential attacks on another faction’s property. These situations must have proper and realistic RP behind them on why the factions are having a conflict, not just one faction deciding to fight another without prior RP and reason justifying it. These conflicts can happen during hold, cooldown, or Available.
Below are the limitations to any conflicts between factions:
→ For killing on sight to take place there must be at least 1 minute of interactions before the action. After the violent action has occurred the factions have 5 minutes to finish with their violent conflict before both parties must go their separate ways.
→ There must be proper RP behind any violent action, such as earlier instances or factions being hostile towards each other.
→ There must be at least 6 LEO online
→ Anyone downed during the conflict can not immediately go and seek revenge, or fully remember that they got hit unless a member survives to tell them the events prior.
→ Conflicts are to avoid civilians and LEO when they are on location, and should not take place when large amounts of unaffiliated civilians or LEO are nearby, but assassinations of sorts may still occur.
→ Conflicts can not occur at events.
Faction Wars:
Faction Wars are more long-term instances of pre-approved violent, criminal, or belligerent conduct. These actions may occur under mutual agreement between both factions in question under the supervision of Organization Management.
General Operating Procedures:
Org Punishments:
Your organization is always subject to punishment. When you / your org is given a punishment you may always open a ticket regarding the punishment. During that ticket, you are to stay respectful at all times. Showing any disrespect can result in the closing of your ticket and your punishment remaining. If you believe a member of the org team is not handling your ticket accordingly, or being disrespectful during that ticket, inform a member of Org Management.
If you believe another org is participating and or promoting chaos or low-quality roleplay, open a ticket with any evidence
Transferring Ownership / Shutting Down Org:
If you wish to transfer ownership of your organization, please open an org ticket stating you would like to transfer your ownership of said org. Please provide the Discord ID of the person you would like to transfer org to. Org Management can deny a transfer of ownership for any reason seen fit. If the transfer is approved, this will count as an org owned, and shutdown on your part (See Org Blacklist regarding this statement).
If you wish to shut down your organization, simply open an org ticket stating you would like to shut down your org.
Upon being shutdown or transferred the current owner of the organization will automatically be given a blacklist between 7-14 days depending on the amount of time the organization was open.
Org Blacklist:
There are multiple scenarios which result in an org blacklist. The blacklist is applied to you, which restricts you from being in an Organization. This blacklist is appealable 30 days after handed out. To appeal an org blacklist, open an org ticket. You can receive an org blacklist for numerous reasons. These reasons are, Opening 3 orgs and then getting shut down, being rude and disrespectful to members of Org Team and Org Management in tickets after your org was punished and other reasons seen fit by Org Management.
Org Revamp:
If you decide to change your organization to a faction org from a business org or vice versa. It will first be voted by org management to determine if you're eligible for an org revamp. If you're accepted, make a new application about your new organization. It will then be decided by the org team and then once again another vote by org management. If the org is denied for the revamp you can re-apply after 7 days.
Activity Trackers:
All organizations are required to track activity, to give the organization's team a better understanding when judging that org. Activity trackers must be in the organization's Discord and visible to all of the org team. Clockify or any other activity tracker not shown in Discord is prohibited.
Subdivisions:
Organizational subdivisions need approval from organizational management. This is to prevent unrealistic RP coming from an organization. This includes a biker subdivision for a Car club or a Street gang for a Security Organization. The subdivision cannot be criminal if your org is passive, however, can be passive if your org is criminal.
To request a subdivision allowed in your organization, open a ticket in the Organizations Discord stating you would like to create a subdivision for your organization. Arguing with a result concluded by Management will result in a closure of your ticket and request.
If you have any questions, comments, or concerns regarding the rules above, please open an org ticket.
